Eastern Idaho Public Health now offer FREE Community Health Screenings.  The screening includes:

   4. Triglycerides
3. Blood Pressure
4. BMI
   1. Height
   2. Weight

Results will be analyzed while you wait.  You will leave with a risk assessment and resources based on your results to help improve your health.
