- All services provided, and medical records are kept confidential. The client is the only person who has access to these records besides the medical providers at the clinics.

Federal Regulations require that Title X Family Planning clinics follow these guidelines:
- Clients have a choice of contraceptive methods, including natural family planning and abstinence.
- No one is coerced into accepting any method or no method at all.
- Recipients are charged fees based on their income and household size.
- No Title X funds are used to pay for abortions.
