Do you have Type 2 Diabetes? Do you want to be healthier? Live in Control is the program for you.
The Live in Control Class:
- Is a FREE in-person, 2 hour class per session.
- Educates, equips, and empowers individuals with type 2 diabetes.
- Promotes family-centered support in-class AND at home.
- Encourages family or friend supporter to attend classes.
- Classes are taught by trained facilitators.
- Assists participants in practical lifestyle skills to better control diabetes.
