Eastern Idaho Public Health to Offer STI/STD Testing in the Month of April at No Cost

Eastern Idaho- Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs) or Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) are infections spread through sexual contact. Millions of new infections occur every year in the United States. STDs are very common. STDs do not always cause symptoms or may only cause mild symptoms. It is possible for you to have an infection and not know it. If you are having sex, get tested. Getting tested, knowing your treatment options, and learning ways to prevent STD’s will help keep you and your partners healthy.

To keep our community healthy and safe, EIPH will be offering confidential STD testing at no cost during the month of April. To schedule an appointment at one of our offices, call ahead to the Eastern Idaho Public Health Website and fill out an appointment request form.
