Clinical Services Program

Eastern Idaho Public Health strives to maintain the health of individuals and families through assessment, health promotion, education, and referrals in cooperation with other health district divisions and other community partners.

We believe in providing non-judgmental and holistic care confidentially and respectfully offering a variety of services. We do not offer services for long-term acute or chronic conditions such as mental health, diabetes, asthma, or emergency care.
